My guest on the podcast this week is Andreas Wagner, who’s the head of software development for Rebeat Innovation.
Andreas is the main developer for the company’s Perfect Groove software, which allows mastering engineers to emulate a fully cut vinyl lacquer.
This allows mastering studios to optimize and prep audio files for the master disc cutting process, and disc cutters to detect any issues in the cutting process before the lacquer is actually cut.
